Give back: unused AI for accessibility

Each month, some of the AI requests members don't use can go to accessibility work — describing images for people who can't see them (alt text), adding accessibility information to e-books, and drafting translations. It never touches your own allowance: only what is left when your month ends.

Started. Each month's leftover requests are counted after the month ends, and the work and its real cost appear here early the next month. The first work: image descriptions (alt text) for WIABOOK book images that have none.

How it will work

• Only requests left over when your month ends are pooled. Your own use always comes first.
• It is on by default and said at checkout. You can turn it off any time in the app.
• Each month you get a short summary of what your share helped with.
• The work and its real cost are published here every month, including months with nothing to report.
